You are Invited to Co-Sponsor the Thirteenth Annual Socially Responsible Business Awards Breakfast to be held Thursday October 16th, 2008 in conjunction with Natural Products Expo East in Baltimore, MD

THE EVENT: Join a diverse group of progressive and visionary natural products businesses to co-sponsor the 13th annual Socially Responsible Business Awards (SRBA) Breakfast on Thursday, October 16th, 2008, at the Baltimore Convention Center as part of Natural Products Expo East.

This popular event recognizes businesses in the natural products trade that have shown exemplary and quantifiable efforts to promote and practice socially responsible business practices. The awards, determined by an independent panel of judges using criteria established by the Social Venture Network, promote an understanding and appreciation within the natural products business community of sustainable, ethically based enterprises.

THE OPPORTUNITY: Sponsorship of the SRBA Breakfast gives industry companies and organizations the chance to join with other like-minded businesses in supporting socially responsible and sustainable business practices and creating community around these issues. Sponsorship also provides those companies with a unique opportunity to promote their own socially responsible initiatives to members of the natural products industry through alignment with the event, which includes pre-event promotion, on-site and online recognition, and post show trade media coverage.

In addition to reasonably priced cash sponsorships outlined below, co-sponsors are encouraged to donate breakfast food and beverage items to be served at the event.

Golden Temple of Oregon, the manufacturer of Peace Cereals and the Yogi Tea Company are the founding and ongoing sponsors of the SRBA Breakfast.
